Acro Yoga Breda

Acro Yoga is a branch of yoga which has gained traction in the Netherlands. In Breda a group was formed in the summer of 2015 of amateurs who were interested in practicing the art. I personally joined this group in the summer of 2016. During the summer we practiced in the valkenberg park of Breda. But as the wintertime gloomed we started looking for alternatives to practice indoors. This is where BRESS stepped in and offered to host us. To promote the new collaboration I was commisioned to create an introduction video to Acro Yoga.
